The Scissor Lift Battery 24V 105Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 2,688 watt-hours with a 150-amp continuous rating, rated IP65. It powers scissor and mast lifts.
Drop-In
Replacing the lead set in the tray

The pack is dimensioned for the battery compartment of a scissor lift built around four 6-volt lead batteries. Those come out, this goes in, and the platform loses close to 100 kilograms of dead weight while keeping the same working envelope.
Heating And Tilt
Two features the machine needs
An internal heater lets the pack charge on a cold site rather than waiting for a thaw. The tilt interlock ties into the machine safety chain so the pack behaves correctly when the platform reads an out-of-level condition.
Weight
A hundred kilograms off a scissor lift
A scissor lift carries its batteries low in the chassis as part of its stability. Replacing four 6-volt lead blocks with this pack removes close to 100 kilograms, and the tray is weighted where the machine needs it so the stability rating on the plate stays valid.

Fit
Ordering and charging
Send the machine make, model and compartment dimensions. Charge at 29.2 volts from an industrial lithium charger, or through the on-board charger once it is switched to an LFP profile. The internal heater draws from the charge source on a cold site.
