The AGV Battery 48V 30Ah is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 1,536 watt-hours with a 60-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers sorting AGVs and swap-bay fleets.

Thousands of short moves
A parcel sorting AGV makes a short high-acceleration move every few seconds across a shift. Peak current arrives constantly and the average stays modest. The pack is built for that ratio, and the 120-amp peak covers the acceleration without the board tripping.
Swap Bays
Packs that circulate
A sorting fleet keeps spare packs in a swap bay rather than idling robots on chargers. The pack is dimensioned for that handling, and its interface reports condition to the bay controller before it goes back into a machine.
Cycle Life
Sorting duty, shallow and constant
A sorting AGV makes short moves all shift, never deeply discharging between charges. That pattern is gentle on cells, and a pack rated for 4,000 deep cycles serves a sorting floor for many years before capacity becomes the limit.

Fit
Ordering for a swap bay
Send the bay dimensions, the connector and the protocol the bay controller uses. A swap-bay pack also needs its handling features agreed: guarded contacts, a grip point and a serial the bay can read. Charge at 58.4 volts.
