24V 100Ah Self-Heating Battery

$529.00

25.6V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery with internal heating and Bluetooth, 2560Wh, IP65, charges to -20C ambient. For cold-region trucks and winter boat houses.

SKU: DC24-100P Category:

The 24V 100Ah Self-Heating Battery is a 25.6-volt pack of 2,560 watt-hours with an internal heating film and a Bluetooth BMS, rated IP65. It charges in ambient temperatures down to minus twenty, for cold-region trucks and winter boat houses.

Winter Cabs

Charging while it freezes

LiFePO4 battery cells

A truck working a northern route parks in temperatures where a standard lithium pack refuses charge. This one heats its cells first. Below zero the BMS routes the incoming current to a heating film, warms the pack above freezing, then accepts the charge. The alternator or the shore supply refills it through a night that never rises above minus fifteen.

The Duty

Heating, not only cooling

A winter cab draws on the battery for a diesel bunk heater, the cab electronics, lighting and a fridge. Those loads run all night at low current. 2,560 watt-hours carry them with room left, The Bluetooth app reports pack temperature alongside state of charge, and a driver sees the heater working before the charge starts.

Against The Standard Pack

When the heater pays

The standard 100 amp-hour pack runs the same loads and refuses charge below zero. A truck parked in a heated yard overnight never notices. A truck that shuts down at a roadside in winter and expects to refill at idle does, and that is where the heated version belongs.

The Heater

What warming the pack costs

The heating film draws from the charge source rather than from stored capacity. Warming a pack from minus fifteen takes roughly half an hour before normal charging begins, and the app shows the switch between the two stages. A charger or an alternator with headroom covers both jobs at once.
