The Forklift Battery 80V 600Ah is a 83.2-volt LiFePO4 traction pack of 49,920 watt-hours with a 500-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, supplied in a weighted box matched to the truck data plate. It powers 6 to 10 tonne trucks and port handling equipment.

What downtime costs at this size
A 10-tonne truck out of service stops a berth or a loading line, not one aisle. Charging in place on the breaks keeps the truck available, and the pack reports its own condition ahead of a failure rather than after it.

Terminal charging infrastructure
A pack of 50 kilowatt-hours needs a charger and a supply sized to match. At 500 amps the return takes about two hours; at 250 it takes four. Terminals usually run high-current chargers at fixed bays and route trucks through them on a schedule rather than plugging in anywhere.

Send the machine make and model, the compartment dimensions and the plated weight, and state the duty cycle the terminal runs. Continuous heavy cycling changes the cooling and the charger recommendation even when the pack size stays the same.
