The AGV Battery 24V 100Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 2,560 watt-hours with a 100-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers heavy AGVs and autonomous delivery platforms.

A heavy AGV moving pallets or a delivery platform carrying goods draws steady current through a long duty cycle. The pack covers a full shift of that, and its 200-amp peak takes the moment a loaded platform pulls away from a stop.
Automatic Charging
Docking without a person
Automatic charging contacts let the platform manage its own energy. The fleet controller sees state of charge across every machine and sends the lowest to a free dock. That is what keeps an automated floor running without an operator in the loop.
Cycle Life
Heavy platforms, daily cycles
A heavy AGV empties a good part of its pack every shift. 4,000 cycles at 80 percent depth carries a decade of single-shift work, and a two-shift operation still passes five years before the pack needs review.

Fit
Ordering a heavy module
Send the platform space, the mounting points, the connector and the dock contact layout. At 21 kilograms the module needs proper mechanical support rather than a strap. Charge at 29.2 volts from an industrial charger or through the dock.
