The Forklift Battery 48V 300Ah is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 traction pack of 15,360 watt-hours with a 300-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, supplied in a weighted box matched to the truck data plate. It powers 2 to 2.5 tonne counterbalance trucks.

Energy per shift
A 2.5-tonne counterbalance truck in general warehouse work uses 8 to 14 kilowatt-hours across an eight-hour shift, more on a dock with ramps and continuous loading. 15,360 watt-hours cover a hard shift without a mid-shift charge, and a break-time top-up carries the truck into overtime.
Depth Of Discharge
Why the usable figure differs
A lead battery is taken to 80 percent depth at the deepest, and its capacity fades from the first month. This pack is rated for 4,000 cycles at that same depth and holds its capacity through them. The usable energy on the truck stays where it started rather than shrinking through the year.
Charging
One shift, one charge
A 200-amp charger returns 15 kilowatt-hours in around ninety minutes of connected time. A truck on a single shift plugs in at the end of the day and starts full; a truck on a busy dock takes the same charger at lunch and never drops below half.

Ordering a 2.5-tonne pack
Send the truck make and model, the battery compartment dimensions and the minimum battery weight from the data plate. Compartment sizes changed across model years on several platforms. The year matters as much as the model number.
