The 12V 100Ah Self-Heating Bluetooth Pro is a 1,280 watt-hour Group 31 block with an internal heating film and a Bluetooth BMS, on M8 terminals, rated IP65. It charges in ambient temperatures down to minus twenty, for ice fishing, high-altitude camps and polar work.
Charging Below Zero
How the heater works

Charging a standard LiFePO4 battery below freezing plates lithium and damages the cells for good. This block heats itself first. Below zero the BMS routes the incoming charge current to a heating film that warms the cells above freezing, then lets the charge in. A panel or a generator refills the battery in the cold where a standard pack would refuse it.
The Range
Down to minus twenty
The self-heating window reaches minus twenty ambient for charging. Discharge runs to minus twenty as well, and the Bluetooth app reports pack temperature for a view of the heater at work. In an ice-fishing shanty or a mountain camp the battery both runs the loads and takes its charge through the cold.
Use
Where the pack must charge in the freeze
Ice fishing, alpine and high-altitude camps, polar expeditions and cold-region telecom size their battery here when the pack must charge in the cold, not only discharge. For a milder climate where the battery only needs to refuse charge below zero, the low-temp cutoff version covers it at a lower price.

Charging
Charge from a 14.6-volt lithium charger, an LFP solar controller or a generator. Below zero the heating film draws from the source first, before the cells take current.
