The 48V 200Ah Golf Cart Battery is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 10,240 watt-hours with a 250-amp continuous rating, rated IP67. It carries resort shuttles and eight to fourteen-seat sightseeing vehicles through a full operating day.

Ten kilowatt-hours of work
A hotel shuttle or a park sightseeing vehicle runs from opening to closing with passengers aboard. 10,240 watt-hours cover 100 to 150 kilometres of that duty, and the vehicle stays in service the whole day rather than parking to charge in the middle of it.
250 Amps
Loaded starts, all day
Fourteen passengers approach a tonne of payload. Every stop becomes a loaded start, and a vehicle on a route makes hundreds of them a day. The 250-amp continuous rating handles that pattern without heat building in the pack, where a lead bank would sag further with each cycle through the afternoon.

What a charging stop costs
A shuttle out of service is a shuttle not carrying guests. Sizing the pack for a whole day rather than part of one removes the mid-day charge from the schedule, and a single vehicle covers a route that two would otherwise share.
Handling The Pack
78 kilograms
The pack weighs 78 kilograms and needs two people or a hoist to install. That is still a third of the lead bank it replaces. Mount it on the supplied tray with the hold-down torqued to specification, and leave clearance for airflow around the case.

Fit
Charging
Charge at 58.4 volts from a 48-volt lithium charger of 30 amps or more. A commercial operation sizes the charger to the overnight window it has.
