The 48V 105Ah Golf Cart Battery is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 5,376 watt-hours with a 200-amp continuous rating, rated IP67. It is the drop-in size for the common 48-volt cart platforms.

The platforms it replaces lead in
The pack and its bracket set are dimensioned for the battery bays used by Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, ICON, Evolution and Star 48-volt carts. Six 8-volt lead batteries come out of the bay and one case goes in on the supplied tray. Confirm the model year with the bracket list before ordering, since bay dimensions changed across generations on several platforms.

95 to 110 pounds against 400
A 48-volt lead bank runs 350 to 450 pounds. This pack weighs 43 kilograms, about 95 pounds. Removing 160 kilograms from the rear of a cart raises the payload it can carry, lifts the range for the same energy, and takes load off the suspension and the tyres.
UL1973
The certification option
A UL1973 option covers installations that need the certified stationary and light-EV battery standard, such as a resort insurer requiring listed equipment or a municipal fleet under a procurement rule. Specify it at order, since the certification applies to the built pack rather than being added afterwards.
Service Life
Four thousand cycles
Charged after every round, the pack passes a decade before capacity fades below usable. Across the same period a cart on lead would take three or four battery sets, each with its own labour, disposal and the weeks of degraded performance before anyone notices.

Charging
Charge at 58.4 volts from a 48-volt lithium cart charger. Retire the lead charger with the batteries rather than reusing it.
