The Forklift Battery 36V 280Ah is a 38.4-volt LiFePO4 traction pack of 10,752 watt-hours with a 300-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, supplied in a weighted box matched to the truck data plate. It powers 1 to 1.5 tonne three-wheel counterbalance.
Multi-Shift
One battery instead of three
A lead-powered truck running two or three shifts needs two or three batteries: one working, one charging, one cooling. That brings a change room, a hoist, a rack and the labour to move them. A lithium truck runs one pack, charged in place on the breaks, and the room goes back to storage.
CAN
The truck reads the pack
The CAN link puts state of charge, current and cell temperature on the truck display in place of a lead hydrometer and a guess. The fleet system logs the same data, and a supervisor sees which trucks are being worked hardest before a pack shows it.
Charging
Two hours on a small truck
A 100-amp charger returns the 10.7 kilowatt-hours this pack holds in a little over two hours, and a 150-amp unit does it in ninety minutes. A three-wheel truck working one shift charges overnight; one working two takes a top-up at the changeover and keeps going.

Fit
Ordering a three-wheel pack
Three-wheel trucks carry a narrower compartment than a four-wheel counterbalance of the same tonnage. Send the make, model and the internal box dimensions, along with the minimum battery weight from the data plate, and the pack ships in a weighted box built to those figures.
