The 12V 120Ah LiFePO4 Battery is a 12.8-volt block of 1,536 watt-hours on M8 terminals, rated IP65. It is the mid-size step above the 100Ah house battery, a common building block for RV, solar and marine banks.
Sizing A Bank
From one block to a house system

A rig using 80 to 100 amp-hours a day runs a day and a half on one 120Ah block; two in parallel give 240 amp-hours and near three days; four give a 480-amp-hour bank for a full-time rig or a cabin. The battery takes up to four in series as well, for a 48-volt system feeding a larger inverter. The 100-amp continuous rating per block is the current one battery delivers. A bank’s inverter is sized on the number of blocks in parallel.
Solar House
Panel and daily budget
On a solar house the 1,536 watt-hours buffer the gap between the panel and the load. A 200 to 400-watt array through an LFP controller refills a day’s use in good sun and the battery carries the evening and a cloudy morning. The fridge, lights, water pump and electronics run off it through the night.
Marine House
A boat that stays out
On a boat the block is the house battery behind the domestic loads, kept apart from the engine-start battery so a night at anchor cannot flatten the crank supply. The IP65 case and the sealed, gas-free chemistry suit a closed locker where a flooded lead battery would vent.
Against Lead
Weight and usable store
A 120Ah lead battery gives about 60 usable amp-hours and a few hundred cycles at close to 30 kilograms. This block gives the full 120 amp-hours, more than 4,000 cycles, and weighs 13 kilograms, a saving a rig counts as payload.

Fit
Charging and banks
Set a lithium charger or an LFP-profile solar controller to 14.6 volts. A series or parallel join needs the blocks brought to the same resting voltage first.
