The AGV Battery 48V 50Ah is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 2,560 watt-hours with a 100-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers heavy AGVs and fork-type AMRs.
Fork AMRs
Lifting under program control
A fork-type AMR lifts a pallet, carries it and sets it down without a driver. Each lift draws heavy current for a few seconds. The 200-amp peak covers those cycles, and 2,560 watt-hours carry a shift of them between charges.
2C Charging
Half an hour to full
The 2C charge rating fills the pack in around thirty minutes. A fleet uses that to run more machines from fewer packs, sending each to a dock for a short charge rather than holding it out of service for hours.
Cycle Life
Fork AMR duty
A fork AMR lifts, carries and sets down through a full shift. The pack sees one deep cycle a day plus the peaks of each lift. At 4,000 cycles that is a decade of daily work, and the lift peaks add nothing to the count.

Fit
Ordering with fast charge
The 2C rating needs a charger able to deliver it and a dock able to carry the current. Send the chassis space, the connector, the protocol and the charger specification together. Charge at 58.4 volts from an industrial lithium charger.
