The AGV Battery 48V 100Ah is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 5,120 watt-hours with a 150-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers port AGVs and heavy autonomous platforms.
Port Automation
Five kilowatt-hours per machine

A port AGV moves containers across a terminal on a fixed cycle for a full shift. 5,120 watt-hours cover that duty, and the 300-amp peak takes the load of a heavy platform accelerating with a container aboard.
Thermal
The liquid-cooling option
Continuous duty in an exposed yard heats a pack. The optional liquid circuit holds cell temperature near ambient, and on a terminal running through a hot season that shows up as capacity retained across the second and third year.
Cycle Life
Terminal duty, every day
A port AGV runs its cycle continuously through a shift, then charges and repeats. That is one deep cycle a day at minimum, and 4,000 of them is more than a decade. Cell-level data over CAN lets a terminal see capacity drift long before it affects the schedule.

Fit
Ordering for a port platform
Send the platform space, the mounting arrangement, the connector, the protocol and whether the liquid-cooling option is wanted. Cooling changes the module internals and is specified at build. Charge at 58.4 volts from a terminal charger.
