The Forklift Battery 80V 500Ah is a 83.2-volt LiFePO4 traction pack of 41,600 watt-hours with a 450-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, supplied in a weighted box matched to the truck data plate. It powers 5 to 6 tonne counterbalance trucks.
Heavy Lifting
41 kilowatt-hours behind the mast

A 6-tonne truck lifting steel or concrete products draws its peak current on every lift cycle. The 900-amp peak covers those, and 41,600 watt-hours carry a full shift of them. A truck this size on lead would be changing batteries at the middle of every shift.
Regeneration
Energy back from the mast
Lowering a loaded mast returns energy to the pack, and so does braking a heavy truck. Lithium accepts that current at any state of charge. A lead bank near full refuses it, and the energy goes to heat in a resistor instead.
Charging
Returning 41 kilowatt-hours
At 400 amps the pack takes about two hours of connected time from empty. A 6-tonne truck rarely runs to empty in one shift. The practical routine is a full charge overnight and a break-time top-up on the days the yard is busy.

Fit
Ordering a 5 to 6-tonne pack
Send the make, model, compartment dimensions and the plated minimum battery weight. At this size the box is a structural part of the truck ballast, and it is built to the plate rather than to a catalogue size.
