The Floor Scrubber Battery 24V 100Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 2,560 watt-hours with a 100-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, dimensioned to drop into the lead battery compartment. It powers ride-on scrubbers and cleaning robots.
Ride-On Duty
A full shift on one charge

A ride-on scrubber with a wide deck and a heavier drive uses 1 to 2 kilowatt-hours an hour. 2,560 watt-hours cover a shift of that, and a cleaning contractor finishes a site without the machine slowing through the last hour as a lead pack fades.
Two-Hour Charge
Turning between shifts
The pack takes a full charge in about two hours. A contractor cleaning two buildings a night charges between them rather than carrying a second machine, and a partial charge over a break costs the pack nothing.
Weight
Twenty-one kilograms on a ride-on
A ride-on scrubber carries its battery under the seat. Replacing a lead set of 60 kilograms with this pack takes load off the drive motor and the castors, and a contractor lifting the machine into a van feels the difference at both ends of the shift.

Ordering and charging
Send the machine model to confirm the compartment. Charge at 29.2 volts from an industrial lithium charger, or from the on-board unit switched to LFP. The two-hour charge suits a contractor working two sites in a night.
