The 48V 60Ah Golf Cart Battery is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 3,072 watt-hours with a 100-amp continuous rating, rated IP66, supplied as a kit with mounting tray, meter and app. It suits two-seat carts and patrol vehicles.

What 3 kilowatt-hours cover
An electric cart uses 2 to 4 kilowatt-hours across an eighteen-hole round, depending on terrain and how many passengers ride. 3,072 watt-hours cover a full round on a flat course with reserve, or the greater part of one on a hilly layout. A patrol vehicle covering 20 to 30 kilometres a shift finishes its day on the same charge.

Off the cart, into the handling
A 48-volt lead bank of six 8-volt batteries weighs 350 to 450 pounds, near 160 to 205 kilograms. This pack weighs 27. Taking 130 kilograms out of a cart changes how it climbs, how it stops and how much a passenger feels every seam in the path.
The Kit
What ships with the pack
The kit carries the mounting tray, the hold-down hardware, a state-of-charge meter for the dash and an app that reads the pack over Bluetooth. A cart converted from lead needs the tray to fill the space six batteries left, and the meter replaces a lead voltmeter that told a driver little.
Cycle Life
Ten years against three
Lead golf batteries give 500 to 800 cycles and last three to five years on a course. This pack holds 4,000 cycles at 80 percent depth. A cart charged daily runs a decade before the pack fades. A fleet manager stops budgeting a battery replacement every third season.

Fit
Charging
Charge at 58.4 volts from a 48-volt lithium cart charger. A lead cart charger holds the wrong finish voltage and has to be replaced with the batteries.
