The Boom Lift Battery 48V 105Ah is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 5,376 watt-hours with a 200-amp continuous rating, rated IP67. It powers articulating and telescopic boom lifts.
Rough Terrain
What an outdoor boom asks for

A boom lift on a construction site works over broken ground, in rain and dust, through vibration a warehouse machine never sees. The IP67 case handles washing and weather, and the cells are clamped rather than resting loose in a tray.
Duty
5,376 watt-hours on site
A boom lift spends its day repositioning and raising rather than driving distance. That is short bursts of heavy current separated by long stationary periods with the platform up. The pack covers a full site day, and it takes an opportunity charge over lunch.
Weight
Mass on an articulating boom
A boom lift is engineered around a counterweight that includes its batteries. The pack ships on a tray built to hold the machine inside its rated stability envelope rather than as a bare case, and the machine model is what determines that tray.

Fit
Ordering and charging
Send the machine make, model and the compartment drawing. Charge at 58.4 volts from an industrial lithium charger or the on-board unit set to an LFP profile. On a site without mains, size the generator to the charger rather than the other way round.
