The 12V 150Ah LiFePO4 Battery is a 12.8-volt block of 1,920 watt-hours on M8 terminals, rated IP65. It is the upgrade size for a fitted RV or boat that has outgrown a 100Ah house battery and wants more than a day between charges.
Autonomy
Days between charges

A well-equipped RV drawing 90 to 120 amp-hours a day, with a fridge, lights, water, a fan and the electronics, gets a day and a half to two days from 150 amp-hours before a panel or a drive tops it up. On a boat at anchor that is a long weekend of the domestic loads without the engine.
The Upgrade
From 100 to 150
The extra 50 amp-hours over a 100Ah battery covers the fridge, the tool charging and the evening lights without watching the budget. A self-heating version handles charging in freezing weather where the standard block holds off below zero to protect the cells.
Solar Off-Grid
Panel and reserve
On an off-grid cabin or a solar rig, 1,920 watt-hours carry the reserve for the cloudy stretch a panel cannot cover. A 300 to 600-watt array refills a day’s use in decent sun, and the battery holds the night and the gray morning. The 4,000-cycle life on a daily cycle is a decade of service.
Against Lead
Store and weight
Two 12V 75Ah lead batteries, the usual way to reach this capacity in lead, give about 75 usable amp-hours between them and weigh close to 45 kilograms. This one block gives the full 150 amp-hours at 16 kilograms, in a single case with one set of terminals to wire.
