12V 12Ah LiFePO4 Battery

12.8V 12Ah LiFePO4 battery, 153.6Wh, F2 terminals. A general-purpose small deep-cycle battery for fish finders, e-scooters, small UPS and portable lighting.

SKU: DC12-12 Category:

The 12V 12Ah LiFePO4 battery is a 12.8-volt block of 153.6 watt-hours. It is the general-purpose size in the small-battery range, large enough for a weekend of fishing electronics or a full evening of portable light, and light enough to carry in one hand at about 1.4 kilograms.

General Purpose

Four jobs, four numbers

LiFePO4 12V battery pack

A fish finder and transducer pull about a quarter of an amp, so 153.6 watt-hours cover a weekend of trips before a recharge. A 10-watt LED work light runs close to fifteen hours. A router or modem on a 12-volt backup draws around an amp and rides out a twelve-hour outage. A 4-watt CCTV camera runs a day and a half on one charge.

Against Lead

What the swap changes

A 12V 12Ah lead battery weighs about 3.5 kilograms and gives roughly 300 cycles to half depth. This one weighs 1.4, gives more than 2,500 cycles to 80 percent depth, and delivers its full capacity at a steady voltage rather than sagging under load. On anything that gets carried, the weight alone often decides the swap; on anything left in service, the cycle life means the battery is not a yearly replacement.

Small EV

Light traction too

The 12-amp continuous rating also suits a light electric scooter or a small mobility device in the single-battery class. At roughly 20 watt-hours a mile, 153.6 watt-hours carry about seven miles on the level, and two blocks in series give the 24 volts a larger scooter runs.

Field Use

Feeders, radios and tools

A game feeder motor pulling 3 amps for a five-second feeding gets thousands of feedings from a charge. A low-power ham station transmitting at 5 watts draws a couple of amps on key-down and far less while listening, which 12 amp-hours support through a long portable operating session. A 12-volt tyre inflator or a small winch pulls its current in short bursts that the 24-amp peak rating covers.

Fit

Fitment and charging

The battery keeps F2 terminals and the case size of a 12V 12Ah SLA. Charge at 14.6 volts from a lithium charger, and set a solar controller to an LFP profile without the equalization stage for a device that recharges from a panel. The BMS carries the four standard protections plus a low-temperature charge cutoff, discharge runs from minus twenty to sixty degrees, and storage sits at 30 to 50 percent charge.
