The AGV Battery 24V 50Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 1,280 watt-hours with a 50-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers AGVs, AMRs and lifting shuttles.
Auto-Charging
Contacts instead of a plug
The pack supports automatic charging contacts. A robot backs onto a dock and charges without a person handling a connector. The management board negotiates the charge over its interface and stops the dock when the pack is full.
Lifting Duty
Current when the deck rises
A shuttle that lifts a rack draws its peak current for the seconds the deck travels. The 100-amp peak covers that, and the pack holds its voltage through the lift so the controller does not fault mid-cycle.
Cycle Life
Shallow cycles, long life
A lifting shuttle draws hard for seconds and rests for minutes. The average depth of discharge across a day stays modest, and a pack rated for 4,000 deep cycles runs far longer under that pattern before capacity falls.

Fit
Ordering with charging contacts
Send the chassis space, the contact layout and the dock protocol. Automatic charging needs the contact geometry agreed at build. Charge at 29.2 volts from an industrial charger where a manual connector is also fitted.
