The Sweeper Battery 36V 100Ah is a 38.4-volt LiFePO4 pack of 3,840 watt-hours with a 100-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, dimensioned to drop into the lead battery compartment. It powers ride-on sweepers.
Sweeping
3,840 watt-hours behind the brushes
A ride-on sweeper runs main and side brushes, a vacuum fan and the drive together, a steadier and heavier load than a scrubber. The pack carries a full shift of car park or warehouse sweeping, and the 200-amp peak takes the brush motors starting under a load of debris.
Dust
A sealed case in a dirty machine
A sweeper works inside its own dust cloud. Sealed cells and a closed case keep that out of the terminals, where a lead battery collects a conductive film across its top and starts leaking current between posts.
Weight
Thirty kilograms in a sweeper
A ride-on sweeper carries a heavier chassis than a scrubber and a lead set to match. This pack takes around 60 kilograms out of it. The drive motor pushes less mass around a car park, and the machine covers more ground on the same energy.

Fit
Ordering and charging
Send the machine model and compartment dimensions. Charge at 43.8 volts from a 36-volt industrial lithium charger, or from the on-board charger set to an LFP profile.
