The AGV Battery 24V 60Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 1,536 watt-hours with a 60-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers inspection and cleaning robots.
Fast Charging
The 2C option
A 2C charge option fills the pack in about half an hour rather than three. A cleaning robot working a shopping centre through the night uses that to return to the floor between zones instead of parking until morning.
Long Runtime
1,536 watt-hours on patrol
An inspection robot draws 100 to 300 watts continuously through its drive, sensors and radios. The pack runs it for five to fifteen hours depending on the load, a night shift of patrol without a dock visit.
Cycle Life
Nightly cleaning, years of it
A cleaning or inspection robot runs one deep cycle a night. At 4,000 cycles that is more than a decade of nightly service. The pack holds its capacity through that rather than fading through the second year the way a lead pack in the same machine does.

Fit
Ordering with the fast-charge option
State whether the 2C fast-charge option is wanted, since it changes the cell selection and the thermal design. Send the chassis space, the connector and the protocol. Charge at 29.2 volts from a charger rated for the current the option allows.
