The AGV Battery 24V 40Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 1,024 watt-hours with a 40-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers tunnel AGVs and service robot chassis.

A tunnel AGV works in short moves with long idle seconds between them, hundreds of times an hour. That pattern is shallow cycling, and 4,000 rated cycles at 80 percent depth turn into far more shallow ones. A pack in this duty commonly outlasts the robot around it.
Charging Between Tasks
Partial charge, no penalty
The robot takes whatever charge fits between tasks. Lithium accepts partial charging without the memory or sulfation a lead pack suffers, and the fleet keeps its machines circulating rather than parked on a schedule.

A tunnel AGV runs a shift a day, every working day. At 4,000 cycles the pack passes a decade at that rate. Fleet operators plan around lift mechanisms and casters instead of scheduling battery replacement into the maintenance budget.

Ordering for a service chassis
Send the chassis dimensions, the connector and the communication protocol. A service robot working public spaces also wants its charge routine planned around quiet hours. Charging runs at 29.2 volts, at the dock or from a bench charger.
