The AGV Battery 24V 20Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 512 watt-hours with a 20-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built as a custom module with RS485 and CAN reporting. It powers small AMRs and tote-handling robots.

RS485 and CAN on a robot

A robot fleet manager schedules charging from the state of every pack on the floor. The RS485 and CAN interfaces report charge, current, temperature and cycle count into that system, and a robot routes itself to a dock before it strands a tote in an aisle.

Half a kilowatt-hour in a small chassis
A tote robot has centimetres to spare. The pack ships as a custom module built to the chassis rather than a standard case, with the connector and mounting the machine expects.
Cycle Life
A pack that outlives the robot
A tote robot cycles shallowly hundreds of times a day rather than deeply once. Rated at 4,000 full cycles to 80 percent depth, the pack sees far more of those shallow ones, and it commonly outlasts the drive wheels and the sensors around it.

Fit
Ordering a small module
Send the chassis space, the connector type and the protocol the controller speaks. At this size the module is built to the robot rather than adapted to it. Charge at 29.2 volts from an industrial lithium charger or through the docking contacts.
