The Pallet Jack Battery 24V 205Ah is a 25.6-volt LiFePO4 pack of 5,248 watt-hours with a 200-amp continuous rating, rated IP54, built for side extraction and one-hour fast charging. It fits Class III powered pallet trucks and stackers.
The Swap
Side extraction in a narrow aisle
A walkie pallet truck works in aisles too tight to lift a battery out of the top. The pack slides out sideways on rollers to a trolley at floor level, and a fresh one goes in the same way. One operator turns a truck in a couple of minutes without a hoist or a crane rail overhead.
Fast Charging
An hour on the break
The pack takes a full charge in about an hour. A truck plugged in over a lunch break comes back with a working shift in it, and an operation running two shifts covers both on one pack rather than buying a second and a rack to store it.
Shift Energy
5,248 watt-hours of moving pallets
A powered pallet truck in general warehouse work uses 2 to 4 kilowatt-hours across a shift depending on distance, load and ramp work. The pack covers a full shift and holds reserve for the overtime hour nobody plans for.
Maintenance
Nothing to water
Lead traction cells need topping with water, equalising charges and a ventilated room. This pack is sealed. It reports its own state over its interface, and the maintenance line in the budget goes to zero.

Fit
Charging and ballast
Charge at 29.2 volts from a 24-volt industrial lithium charger. Check the truck data plate: a lighter pack changes the counterweight the truck relies on for its rated capacity, and ballast has to be made up to keep that rating valid.
