The 48V 160Ah Golf Cart Battery is a 51.2-volt LiFePO4 pack of 8,192 watt-hours with a 200-amp continuous rating, rated IP67. It is built for twin-motor carts and six to eight-seat shuttles.
Twin Motors
Two drives on one pack

A twin-motor cart splits its torque across two axles and draws from a single pack. Peak demand arrives when both motors pull together from a standstill on a grade. The 400-amp peak covers that moment, and the 200-amp continuous rating carries the pair through a long climb without the pack becoming the limit.

8,192 watt-hours
A shuttle running a resort loop covers 60 to 100 kilometres in a day with passengers aboard. 8,192 watt-hours carry that without a mid-day charge, and the vehicle stays in service through the busy afternoon rather than sitting on a charger.
Weight Distribution
Where the mass sits
A lead bank of this capacity would put more than 200 kilograms across the rear axle. At 62 kilograms the lithium pack lets a builder place the mass for balance rather than accepting where the batteries fit. A shuttle with better balance rides flatter with a full load.
Fleet Data
Reading the pack
The management board tracks cycle count, depth of discharge and cell temperature. A fleet operator pulls that at service and sees which vehicles are worked hardest, instead of discovering a tired pack when a shuttle strands guests at the far end of the property.
