The 60V 45Ah Trike Battery is a 60-volt LiFePO4 pack of 2,880 watt-hours with a 90-amp continuous rating, rated IP65, built to replace the lead battery set in a working trike.
The Lead Set It Replaces
Five blocks, one case
A 60-volt trike carries five 12-volt lead batteries wired in series, near 75 kilograms with their interconnects. This pack puts the same voltage and more usable energy in one 24-kilogram case. The weight comes out of the load bed, and the payload the trike can legally carry goes up by the difference.
Courier And Municipal Duty
All-day stop-start work
A courier or street-cleaning trike runs stop-start for eight hours with a loaded bed. Every launch pulls heavy current and every stop leaves the pack idle for a minute. 2,880 watt-hours carry that pattern through a shift, and the 90-amp rating covers a 2,000-watt motor working under load.
Charging Between Runs
Partial charges cost nothing
A driver plugs in over lunch and takes whatever charge fits the break. Lithium accepts a partial charge with no penalty to its life. A lead set punished the same way sulfates and loses capacity within months.
Payload
What the weight saving buys
A trike has a rated gross weight it cannot legally exceed. Taking 50 kilograms of lead out of the battery box hands that allowance back to the load bed, and a courier carries more per run without touching the vehicle rating. On a municipal trike the same saving goes into equipment rather than cargo.
