The 48V 30Ah Battery Swap Pack is a 48-volt LiFePO4 pack of 1,536 watt-hours with a 60-amp continuous rating, in an IP67 case built to common swap-cabinet dimensions. It suits riders working long shifts between swaps.
A Shift Of Work
1,536 watt-hours on the road

A delivery scooter uses 15 to 25 watt-hours a kilometre in city traffic with a loaded box. 1,536 watt-hours carry 60 to 100 kilometres of that, a half-day of orders for a typical rider. Fewer swaps per shift brings fewer detours to a cabinet and more delivered orders per hour.
Cabinet Standards
Fitting the network
The case follows the dimensional and connector conventions common swap cabinets use. The pack circulates in an existing network rather than needing a dedicated cabinet. Confirm the connector and the communication protocol with the network operator before a fleet order.
Handling
Ten to fifteen kilograms, all day
A rider lifts this pack in and out several times a shift. At 13.5 kilograms it stays within comfortable one-handed carry, and the recessed handle keeps the load close to the body. Guarded contacts stop a dropped pack shorting on a metal cabinet frame.
Cold Shifts
Riding through winter
A rider works through winter mornings at minus ten. Discharge runs to minus twenty. The pack delivers on those days with a few percent less capacity than it gives in summer. Charging is the guarded side: a cabinet warms a pack before it charges, and a rider charging at home leaves the pack indoors for half an hour first.
