The 12V 300Ah Self-Heating Battery is a 3,840 watt-hour block with an internal heating film and a Bluetooth BMS, on M8 terminals, rated IP65. It is the whole-rig house battery for a full-time winter RV or a polar basecamp.

Charging a big bank in the cold

A full-time rig in a cold climate needs a large bank that also refills through the freeze. This block heats its cells before charging below zero, down to minus twenty ambient, on a solar array or a generator. 3,840 watt-hours carry a full winter day between charges.
The Rig
Everything, through the season
Heat fans, lighting, water, refrigeration, electronics and a 2,000-watt inverter run off the bank. The Bluetooth app tracks the pack temperature and the heater. The 200-amp rating feeds the inverter direct.
Against The Standard 300
The winter difference
The standard 300Ah block runs the same loads and refuses charge below zero. The self-heating version keeps a full-time rig charging through a cold-country winter.
In The Cold
Discharge and the season
Charging is the guarded side; the block discharges down to minus twenty without a heater. A polar camp or a winter rig runs its heat, lights and electronics through the night, and the pack takes its charge back the next day once the film has warmed the cells. The Bluetooth log shows the pack riding the cold and the heater cycling on the charge.

Fit
Charging
Charge at 14.6 volts from a lithium charger, an LFP solar controller or a generator. Below zero the heating film warms the cells from the source before they take the charge.
