The 12V 230Ah Plus LiFePO4 Battery holds 2,944 watt-hours with a 200-amp continuous rating, on M8 terminals, rated IP65. It runs a 2,500-watt inverter direct, for an RV galley with induction cooking.
The Induction Galley
2,500 watts from one battery

An induction cooktop and a microwave together pull past 2,000 watts. A 2,500-watt inverter carries them, and it draws about 195 amps at 12 volts, inside the 200-amp rating. One 230Ah battery runs that galley without a paralleled bank. The 2,944 watt-hours hold the cooking plus the fridge, lights and electronics across a day.
The Reserve
A high-load day
A rig that cooks on electricity rather than gas uses more of its bank each day. 2,944 watt-hours give the margin for induction cooking, a coffee machine and the house loads together, with reserve for a cloudy morning before the panel catches up.
The Tier
Between 2,000 and 3,000 watts
The 200Ah Plus runs a 2,000-watt inverter. This 230 steps to 2,500 watts and more reserve. For a full 3,000-watt galley the 300Ah block is the next tier.
The Cooktop
What induction pulls
A single induction burner pulls 1,500 to 1,800 watts on high. Two burners, or a burner and a kettle, push past 2,000 into the 2,500-watt inverter range. The battery carries that peak on its 200-amp rating for the minutes a boil or a sear takes, then the load drops back to the fridge and lights. A gas-free galley leans on the bank harder than an LPG one, and 2,944 watt-hours give the day’s margin for it.

Charging
Charge at 14.6 volts from a lithium charger or an LFP solar controller sized to a heavy daily draw. Added blocks parallel on once the resting voltages match.
