Our Company

Shinko Power was founded in 2008 in Shenzhen, China. We manufacture industrial batteries for forklifts, golf carts, AGVs, and pallet jacks.

In 2012, we began producing lithium-ion batteries. We now source cells from CATL and EVE Energy.

We entered the US market in 2016 with a warehouse in Houston. Today we have three distribution centers in Houston, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Orders ship within 48 hours to most US locations.

Our factory employs 850 people and has produced over 2 million battery units.

Factory Direct

We are the manufacturer. There are no intermediaries between our factory and your business.

US Support

Our support team is based in the United States. Technical assistance and warranty service are handled locally.

Stock in the US

We maintain inventory at our three US warehouses. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Warranty

Standard 2-year warranty on all products. 3-year warranty available on select models. Claims are processed in the US.

Manufacturing

Our Factory

Our manufacturing facility is located in Shenzhen, China. The factory covers 500,000 square feet and operates 12 production lines.

We use cells from CATL and EVE Energy. All cells are tested for capacity and internal resistance before assembly. Finished battery packs undergo charge-discharge testing before shipment.

Cell Testing

Each cell is tested for capacity and internal resistance. Cells outside specifications are rejected.

Automated Assembly

Cell assembly and welding are automated. This ensures consistent quality across all units.

Final Testing

Every battery pack is charged, discharged, and tested before shipping. BMS function is verified.
