Why Custom Battery
Standard batteries don't always fit. Your equipment might have a different compartment size, need a specific voltage, or operate in extreme temperatures. Instead of modifying your equipment or accepting a poor fit, you can order a battery built to your exact specs.
We've been doing this for 16 years. Most orders take 2-4 weeks from order to delivery. Sample orders (1-5 units) can be made for testing before committing to larger quantities.

Why LiFePO4
We use LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) for most applications. It's not the newest chemistry, but it's the safest and most durable option for industrial use. The thermal runaway temperature is above 500°C, which means it's very unlikely to catch fire even when damaged.
LiFePO4 cells typically last 4000-6000 cycles. NMC cells last 1500-2000 cycles. For equipment that runs every day for 10+ years, the longer lifespan reduces total cost of ownership.

Our factory is in Shenzhen, China. We've been making lithium batteries since 2009. Annual production capacity is over 500,000 packs. All cells come from tier-1 suppliers like CATL, EVE Energy, BYD, and Gotion. Each cell has a traceability code you can verify.
For US customers, we have warehouses in Houston, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Standard models ship from the nearest warehouse within 48 hours. Custom orders ship directly from the factory, usually 2-4 weeks after order confirmation.
Our price is typically 30-40% lower than comparable products from US distributors. This is because we sell direct from factory. No middlemen, no extra markups. Quality is the same - we use the same cells, same BMS chips, same production equipment as other manufacturers.
Warranty is 5 years standard, extendable to 10 years. If there's a problem during warranty period, we handle it locally in the US - you don't ship anything back to China. After warranty, we still repair at cost.
